Our massages are bespoke to you, customised according to your needs discussed in a one-on-one consultation with one of our specialists. However, should you find yourself unable to choose, we have some client favourites to make your ‘me-time’ exactly what you want it to be.

All the products used in your treatment are natural and organic where possible. We have unique Elixir formulations available to choose from and, if required, can create a tailored blend at the time of your treatment – combined with your choice of Elixir essence* to truly enhance your session. Your tailor-made elixir can be taken home with you to continue your me-time or healing journey.

Our range of facial treatments are created by drawing on traditional knowledge - such as acupressure, lymph drainage, reflexology and gua sha crystal rollers - as well as technical procedures - such as oxygen therapy, radio frequency and anti-aging tools. The single use or synergy of these procedures allow for you to leave with your skin, body and mind rejuvenated and glowing.

We also offer unique, anti-aging treatments that are designed to lift, firm and define your facial contours through stimulating and sculpting massages.

Consultations are offered to all our new patients, as well as anyone hoping to address a particular concern, improve their health, or plan a pregnancy. Similarly, consultations are also an option to those wishing to have an annual checkup/MOT.

Our consultations are carried out by the therapist suited to your needs, ranging from founder Claire Griffin* and Elaine Sadler, to visiting therapists Eliza Canon and Hannah Bain.
