RETURNS


@nashwhite we are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges should you need to.


If you wish to return an item(s), we ask that you get in touch with us via hello@nashwhite.co.uk and we will assist you in the returns process. Please ensure that all the criteria is met prior to returning your item(s) to us by checking the points below.


  • Your item(s) must not be worn, damaged, altered or used.

  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging, with all original labels still attached.

  • The refund request must be within 14 days of you receiving your order. Once you are happy to send your item(s) back to us, we advise that you package your return carefully, that you use a registered service for the return and that you retain your proof of posting should an item go missing. We are not responsible for items that do not reach us and are not obliged to provide a refund should an item not arrive. If your item is simply unwanted we cannot refund initial or return postage costs.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund should the above criteria not be met. Original postage costs are non-refundable.

  • Please note that items purchased online cannot be refunded or exchanged in-store.


EXCHANGES


Our exchanges are treated as a new order. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange to us (see above) and proceed with a new purchase online. You will be credited for your returned item(s) via your original method of payment once they arrive back to us in the correct condition as stated above.


DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you are a consumer you have the right to return faulty goods within a reasonable period of time. Where replacement of faulty goods in no longer possible due to, for example to non-continuance of the product, returned defective products shall be refunded in full including delivery charges and the cost of returning the item to us.

WARRANTY

All electrical items are warranted by manufacturers. To claim on the warranty please refer to the instructions contained in the packaging of your electrical item or e-mail our customer services team on hello@nashwhite.co.uk for further details.

You will need your original proof of purchase and any return charges are not covered.
