STUDIO BOOKING POLICY

At Heist House Studios, we are committed to providing our clients with professional studio facilities and ensuring an efficient booking experience. To maintain fairness, transparency, and optimal resource utilisation, we have implemented this Studio Booking Policy, which outlines the guidelines for charging clients based on the amount of time they book our studio.

1.Booking Procedures:
1.1 Clients are required to make a booking for the studio through our official booking channels, which may include our website, email, or in-person reservation system. Please note that our front of house staff are usually busy with everyday responsibilities, and they will get back to you as soon as they can.
1.2 The minimum booking duration will be clearly communicated to the clients during the reservation process. Clients may book the studio in increments of [e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours, etc.].
1.3 Bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to studio availability.

2. Time-Based Charges:
2.1 Clients will be charged for the exact duration of their booked studio time, starting from the agreed-upon start time to the end time. This is non-negotiable, as we have restricted anyone else from using the studio in the time you have booked it.
2.2 Any additional time utilised beyond the agreed-upon end time will be subject to additional charges at the applicable hourly rate.
2.3 Clients must vacate the studio promptly at the end of their reserved time to avoid incurring additional charges.

3. Hourly Rates:
3.1 The applicable hourly rate for studio bookings will be communicated to the clients from the booking system, and can be clarified via reception.

4. Payment:
4.1 The total charges for the studio booking, including any additional fees for extended usage, will be processed using the provided payment method after the session is completed.
4.2 In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and clients may be subject to applicable cancellation fees.

5. Studio Usage Guidelines:
5.1 Clients are expected to use the studio space and equipment responsibly and in accordance with any provided instructions or safety guidelines.

5.2 Any damages caused to the studio or equipment during the booking period will be the responsibility of the clients, and repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly. 5.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring that their activities during the studio booking do not violate any laws, regulations, or licensing agreements.

6.Amendments to the Policy:
6.1 Heist House Studios reserves the right to modify this Studio Booking Policy at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients through our official communication channels.
